What are your New Year's resolutions? Let's start them now! Mine is to do the splits. So we will start with some hip mobility to help get you there.

We'll continue with some more mobility work, before moving on to the start of the freestanding handstand - kicking up into a handstand. To get used to this, practice against a wall. You can either start from a sprint-start position, or step into it. Once you have mastered that, you can move on to the freestanding handstand. At the end we'll look at a little stretch for the wrists too.
